We are looking for a permanent full-time Reman Coordinator to join our Mt Isa Warehouse Team. This is a Permanent Monday to Friday role, working 38 hours per week.
As a Reman Coordinator, you will:
* Respond and manage HD Reman enquiries for both internal and external customers
* Liaise and coordinate component rebuilds between Component Rebuild Centres and key stakeholders
* Coordinate and monitor the successful implementation of the HD Reman end-to-end process as required within both the parts and service functions
* Inspect components for quality control and liaise with relevant stakeholders on non-compliance issues
* Assist in the delivery high-level support, service and engagement with our key commercial customers, through working in alignment with the manager and collaboratively with the team
* Promote and secure parts and labour sales for HDAL through demonstrated value and quality of product

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
* Previous industry experience in heavy machinery, mining, building or construction
* Mechanical trade or demonstrated mechanical aptitude is desirable
* Current forklift license
* Demonstrated experience in Caterpillar parts, warehouse and dispatch system will be highly regarded
* Ability to work autonomously and proven planning skills to manage workloads and timeframes
* Attention to detail and an ability to identify visual damage and inspection experience
* Highly developed interpersonal skills to communicate and engage effectively with internal and external key stakeholders and departments
