About the Role
Join a dedicated in-house call centre team providing support to families across Australia as their first point of contact. Based in Varsity Lakes, this 6-8 week casual position for an ASAP start is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service, assisting families through the enrolment process, and managing inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle outbound calls to new or existing families to assist with enrolment and provide support.
* Manage waitlist families, guiding them through the enrolment process and offering information on specific centres.
* Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate call logs.
* Engage in survey and feedback collection, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Work collaboratively with the customer care team, who manage escalations and complaints.

About You
