What you'll do:
As a Business Analyst in our client's Product Team, your role will be integral to the software development lifecycle. You will gather requirements, identify solutions to optimise customer support efforts, and collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer and other team members. Your ability to communicate clearly with a diverse group of stakeholders will be key in this role. You will also be responsible for eliciting requirements, analysing business workflows, developing user stories, and leading agile processes across teams.
Gather requirements and identify solutions to optimise customer support efforts during the software development lifecycle. Support and collaborate with the Chief Product Officer and other team members in planning deliverables and scope. Deliver core customer business requirements and think laterally to determine effective solutions for business problems. Communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders. Elicit requirements, conceptualise, analyse and evaluate business workflows to solve problems. Develop and prioritise user stories, relative to assigned features and enhancements. Lead and drive agile process across the teams, including facilitation of sprint planning, standups, review and retrospectives.
