About the Role As the company's Inventory Controller, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of their supply chain and inventory systems. You'll be responsible for working with the logistics manager to implement new systems and processes, manage stock levels, track controlled substances, and ensure compliance with strict regulations. Your expertise will contribute to the growth and efficiency of production and the company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities: Accurately monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials, finished products, and controlled substances.Implement and uphold compliance with all regulatory requirements for storage and tracking.Conduct regular stock audits and investigate discrepancies.Optimise inventory processes to minimise waste and ensure timely production.Collaborate with the production, logistics, and compliance teams to align inventory management with business goals.Generate detailed reports for internal and third-party stakeholders and regulatory bodies.About You: Previous experience in inventory management, ideally in a manufacturing or highly regulated environment.Strong understanding of compliance requirements for controlled substances or pharmaceuticals (desirable).Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.Proficient in inventory management systems and tools.A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.Knowledge of relevant Australian regulatory frameworks is a bonus.Why Join Us?
