The Opportunity
This integral role reports to the Valuations and Portfolio Services Manager and involves managing and analysing capital expenditure operations, portfolio analysis, and providing analytical support to Operations Teams for capital works and maintenance delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage safety and service provider relationships, ensuring adherence to Frasers policies and maintaining service provider instructions
* Update risk and asset registers, record and report incidents in the safety management system
* Manage asset warranty documents for new developments
* Onboard new developments from DLP to CMMS for a smooth transition from construction to operations
* Support Procurement in establishing maintenance contracts, preparation, and sourcing contractor quotes for maintenance and tracking of service delivery and KPIs
* Work with Operations Managers, Asset Managers, and Property Managers to review budgets and expenditure
* Assist with tendering process for maintenance and capital works
* Reporting, including monthly management reports for Capex, maintenance tickets, and inspections, providing analytical insights and commentary
* Develop and manage property and capital expenditure budgets and forecasts
* Collaborate with sustainability teams and assist with data gathering and consolidation for Greenstar Performance, GRESB reporting, and corporate sustainability reporting
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with:
* Tertiary qualification in a related field (highly regarded but not essential)
* Demonstrated experience as a data analyst with advanced skills in financial modelling and data analysis; real estate, commercial property, or facilities management highly regarded
* Knowledge or experience in OHS or relevant training
* Strong understanding of operational budgets and expenditure; demonstrated experience managing service providers and contracts
* Proficient with MS Office Suites with an ability to read and interpret data in Excel
* Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Estimated Salary:
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum
