This role will have you selling new Hitachi Mini Excavators, Hitachi Construction Excavators up to 90 tonne, Hitachi Wheel Loaders, Bell Articulated Dump Trucks, and used equipment of various brands and models.Note: The territory you will be covering is from the QLD/NSW Border down to Nambucca Heads, and includes Tenterfield and Deep Water to the east. You must currently be living in the Northern NSW area to be considered for this role, although the right candidate living in an area immediately adjacent to the region (eg: Tweed Heads) will be considered also. Whilst there is an element of existing account management with this role, there will also be a strong emphasis on proactively prospecting for new business, as the successful applicant is expected to grow our market share in this region.Reporting to the QLD Sales Manager you will be responsible for: Managing relationships in an existing network of customers within the territoryActively seeking out sales opportunities for new and used equipment (i.e., daily cold calling/prospecting for new business).Helping to organise, and attend, trade shows (e.g., Primex, held in Casino annually) and related networking activitiesContinually keeping the CRM system up to date to reflect the activities you have performed within your regionMeeting market share expectations and other KPI's provided by ManagementAbout You To be successful in this role you will need to be a trustworthy individual with a high moral code. You will be answering to our Wacol branch and will be part of the very successful Brisbane Sales Team but, due to your territory location, you will be based out of your home office.
