Company: Australian Red Cross LifebloodAbout the roleThe ICT Asset Management Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the lifecycle of Lifeblood ICT hardware and software assets from procurement to maintenance and disposal. In addition, the ICT Asset Management Coordinator will design, develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.Sound interesting? Here's what we are looking for:Minimum of 5 years' experience in lifecycle management of ICT assets (hardware and software)Strong knowledge of ICT Software and HardwareA very good understanding of ICT asset management principles, systems and processesProfound knowledge of licensing agreements involving software, including Microsoft, Adobe, IBM and OracleStrong ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervisionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detailCompetent in financial modelling and spend analysis, with ability to create, analyse and interpret data sets and reportsUnderstanding of software licensing models and their application highly regardedExperience in use of ServiceNow (Service Requests and Software Asset Management), and the Oracle Financial System desirable (Applications Cloud – Business Hub)ITIL Foundations and ITIL Release, Control and Validation Certificates highly regardedThis is a 12-month fixed term parental leave contract opportunity with a hybrid working environment based out of our Melbourne Processing Centre.
