Our business has recently outgrown our previous premises on the Sunshine Coast and have just moved into new, larger premises in Maryborough West, QLD close to the Bruce Highway. We now require a new person to join our team.
We are a small, close-knit team consisting of the Director, Marketing Manager, Workshop Manager, and Accounts Manager who are not all in the office all the time due to travel, working from home, etc. Therefore, communication is critical to us operating as a team effectively.
We have a policy of ‘let’s make it happen!’ and our customers are our main focus, but we also like to have fun while we work and help each other out wherever possible to achieve our common goal of getting it done.
Tasks
* Reception – accepting deliveries and pick-ups
* Answering and transferring all incoming calls
* Collecting mail and taking orders to our local Post Office
* Managing the order processing for our ReproScan product line – processing online and phone orders, managing inventory, ordering stock, packing orders, managing repairs and spare parts for the product range, updating our online store (ECWIID) as required.
* Managing our Training Course registrations and organisation
* Social media – responding to messages and comments, posting provided content, managing ads, and helping to build our social media presence and audience.
* Booking travel for our staff
* Assisting with website editing using WIX
* Maintaining our work management platform, calendar, and CRM on Monday.com
* General office management – ordering supplies and admin duties to keep the office running smoothly
* Manage our WHS requirements
Skills
* Great language, grammar, and spelling skills
* Computer literate with Microsoft Office skills as a minimum
* Social media experience to be able to post, reply, etc. on Facebook and Instagram
* Great team player
* Strong customer service skills with a helpful and friendly personality to deal with customers along with a friendly phone manner
* Some knowledge of livestock or farming is an advantage to understand our products and customers
* Willingness to learn new skills and systems
* Great communication skills
The Role
* Full-time permanent – hours between 8 am – 5 pm with flexibility
* Traineeship – to complete a business certification is optional
* Based at our new premises in Maryborough West
* Parking on site, a modern air-conditioned office with full kitchen and bathroom facilities available
* Salary – dependent on skills and qualifications

* Willing to learn and grow in the role
* Own transport to get to the office and to collect/drop off at the local Post Office
