Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic HR guidance and advice to senior leadership and line managers to support business objectives.
Lead HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and organizational development.
Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and managers, providing support on complex HR issues including employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance procedures.
Implement HR best practices and ensure compliance with Australian employment laws and company policies.
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for senior-level positions, ensuring top talent acquisition.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for training and development programs.
Coach and mentor junior HR team members, providing guidance and leadership to ensure effective HR service delivery.
Drive and support change management processes during organizational transitions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, labor laws, and industry best practices in Australia.
Key Requirements: Proven experience in an HR advisory role, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior or advisory position.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels of the organisation.
A strong track record of handling complex employee relations cases.
Experience in coaching and developing HR teams or managers.
A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
