We are seeking a skilled Regional Lead Occupational Therapist to lead our mental health services in the Northern Region.

* You will be responsible for providing professional management and leadership for the Occupational Therapy service across the Northern Region.
* You will deliver expert advice and guidance on service development and workforce planning to the regional team within the occupational therapy profession.
* You will develop, monitor, and evaluate an effective supervision framework for the Occupational Therapy team, applying processes to manage performance.
* You will support the recruitment of new Occupational Therapy staff across the region, ensuring a high calibre team.
* You will identify training needs and lead the development and delivery of CPD opportunities for Occupational Therapy staff.

Requirements:
* You must be qualified and registered as an Occupational Therapist
* You must have at least 6 years post qualifying experience
* You must be registered with the HCPC and meet the necessary continuing professional development requirements in order to remain on the register
* You must hold the relevant sensory practitioner qualifications
* You must have a full and clean UK driving licence
