Duties will include but are not limited to:Provide and project friendly, courteous and professional service at all timesSet restaurant in line with booking requirements and customer requestsBreak down and clean the restaurantPrepare and serve barista standard coffeePrepare and serve beverages, including cocktails and presentation of wineFacilitate room service, taking orders and deliveryFollow RSA government legislation requirementsMaintain cleanliness of front of house areasSet up and break down of Functions and Events on siteAbout youExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members.Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality.Impeccable presentation and personal grooming standards.Section waiting experience desirable.This position requires availability to work most Friday and Saturday nights, as well as a variety of lunch and dinner shifts during the week.As part of The Wests Group recruitment and assessment process, all candidates progressing to the next stage will be required to complete relevant due diligence and probity checks specific to the role.
