What will your typical day look like?
As a Director in our Technology Assurance team, you will: Be a market maker: Drive business development efforts, identify and pursue new opportunities, and expand our client base in the Technology Assurance space.
Build and nurture relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key client stakeholders and establish yourself as a trusted advisor in the market.
Lead and inspire: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of consultants, fostering their growth and development.
Shape our future: Contribute to the strategic direction of the Technology Assurance practice and drive innovation in our service offerings.
Deliver exceptional client service: Oversee the delivery of a diverse portfolio of Technology assurance and advisory engagements, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Influence decision-makers: Present impactful insights and recommendations to senior management and executive stakeholders.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences: Proven leadership: Extensive experience (11+ years) in a technology assurance, internal audit, advisory and / or consulting role, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading and managing high-performing teams.
Business development acumen: A strong network of contacts and a proven ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: The ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Technical expertise: Deep understanding of technology governance, risk, and control frameworks, and experience in designing and testing technology controls.
Client-facing experience: Proven ability to deliver high-quality reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Strong educational background: Tertiary-level qualification in a relevant discipline with professional accreditation.
Candidates from professional services with experience running technology assurance engagements and an understanding of assurance standards and frameworks (ASAE 3150, SOC 2, etc.)
will be highly regarded.
Candidates with relevant certifications, such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similar industry certifications, will also be highly regarded.
Having knowledge of APRA prudential regulatory requirements for information security (CPS 234), operational resilience (CPS 230), and managing data risk (CPG 235) is an added plus.
This role can be based in any of these cities – Melbourne (preferred), Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide.
