Job Expectations We have an exciting new opportunity at nbn for a General Manager Asset Management .
This role will report to the Executive General Manager, Resilience and Asset Management.
A bit about your role As the General Manager Asset Management, you will lead the development and continuous evolution of nbn 's Asset Management Policy, Strategy, and supporting frameworks.
You will ensure these frameworks are consistently operationalised across the enterprise and seamlessly integrate with nbn 's external partners.
You will be the key driver of nbn 's commitment to asset financial prudence, guiding asset management investment decisions and meeting the company's regulatory obligations, particularly in relation to the ACCC.
In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring nbn 's infrastructure remains compliant and functional, both internally and across third-party networks.
You will bring clarity and precision to a complex environment, all while aligning asset management practices with nbn 's long-term vision and strategic goals.
A bit about you If this sounds like the role for you, you will likely have extensive experience developing and managing asset management strategies and frameworks within large infrastructure organisations such as Telco, Utilities, Power, Road, Railways, or Financial Services.
You possess a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and have a proven ability to embed asset management strategies/frameworks within complex organisations.
With your drive for excellence, you will inspire and embed a culture of asset management across nbn, ensuring the organisation remains resilient, forward-thinking, and capable of achieving its goals.
You are compassionate and strategic with the ability to navigate ambiguity and work across diverse teams, balancing the demands of compliance and operational success.
Your pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach ensures that asset management practices are efficient and aligned with nbn 's broader goals.
