Description
1. Creating and amending all purchase orders.
2. Managing the delivery schedule in line with stock and intake targets. Sending delivery dates of launch products to the wider business.
3. Assisting in Monday trade sales analysis through report running and document creation.
4. Updating weekly and daily trackers.
5. Monitoring trading performance and identifying opportunities as well as risks.
6. Size ratio analysis to ensure new orders and restock sizing is maximised.
7. Supporting the Merchandiser with Excel reporting and preparation, analysis, data entry and general administrative duties.
8. Updating line cards to assist the Merchandiser in managing 'Core' products stock and sales forecasts as well as ad hoc analysis as required by the department.
9. Awareness of our customer, and fast and slow sellers.
10. Undertaking competitor analysis.
11. Supporting the Ecommerce / Marketing team with frequent site reviews, ensuring products are effectively categorised and visually merchandised to maximise sell through.
12. Working with marketing and other channels to identify key selling lines and identify promotional activity to maximise sales.
Profile
1. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
2. Analytical and a numbers thinker.
3. Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
4. Good communication skills, both verbal and written as you will be working with a range of colleagues and prospective employees at all levels.
5. Great problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to manage your own time.
7. Previous experience within a retail / brand head office.
