About the Role
We are seeking an individual to provide a comprehensive Medical Secretarial and administrative service. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Medical Secretary or equivalent, along with relevant IT skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality Medical Secretarial and administrative support to the MDT Team to ensure efficient patient care.
* Handle telephone and face-to-face enquiries from various staff groups, patients, relatives, and carers, providing information, directing, and prioritizing queries as needed.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrate flexibility in responding to the needs of the department and work well under pressure.
* Achieve mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and adhere to the Code of Conduct throughout employment.
Working Hours and Requirements
The working hours for this role are 37 hours per week. To be successful in this position, you must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
