Canberra Strata is looking for an Accounts Assistant to work alongside the Accounts Manager to provide efficient services to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Data EntryEnd of month processingAnswering enquiries via phone and emailAssisting Strata Managers with financial statements for meetingsInvoicingSupporting the Accounts team in various capacitiesYou will ideally hold:
Proven experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or related rolesStrong proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial recordsEffective communication skills, both written and verbalStrong multitasking abilities and a willingness to adapt to changing prioritiesPositive attitude, self-motivated, and a team playerDesirable but not essential:
Experience with MYOB and Strata Master.What's on offer?
