The Role Our client is now embarking on an exciting system development project where they are implementing a new HRIS solution. We're looking for a dedicated and proactive Business Analyst with Vendor Selection HRIS experience to spearhead this challenging task. You will assist the Project Manager in reviewing the project progress, identify key issues in moving from the status to Vendor selection, participate in Vendor briefings, compile and document requirements, and assist in coordinating and managing the implementation of the new HRIS. As a Business Analyst, you will focus on the following areas: Assist the Project Manager to review the project progress and status to date and report on the project scope, methodology and timelines. Identify and document the key issues in moving from the current status to Vendor selection. Give input to the project as confirmation of current status, ideas or recommendations for enhancement of the project plan, especially the Vendor selection process. Fully document any requirements and briefings not yet available including any changes or enhancements. Assist the Project Manager with seeking and assessing any potential Vendors, using industry intelligence, research in other users and existing experience in Vendor selection. Participate in Vendor briefings, interviews, presentations and assist the Project Manager with selection criteria, assessment process, due diligence and recommendations. Your Profile You are a Business Analyst with the following skills: Deliver tasks associated in achieving project and client outcomes, facilitate communication with stakeholders monitoring critical deadlines through to completion. Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking detailed minutes. Maintain and update project records to facilitate effective monitoring and tracking of tasks. Manage document storage and retrieval processes to ensure easy access and compliance. Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills. Demonstrate strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in maintaining records. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and support informed decision-making. Desirable skills and experience: Experience in HRIS Vendor selection experience Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and managing documents.
