A Day in the Life:
* You will support the Conference and Events Operations Manager and Restaurant Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of conference and events setup from start to finish, ensuring the ultimate guest experience.
* You will work alongside the C&E sales team to run the operation on the ground to lead the team in successful events setup.
* You will deliver leadership support to the Food & Beverage team and work with other departments throughout RACV to ensure effective working relationships.
* You will ensure that the Food & Beverage operation meets business requirements and delivers a high standard of customer service to RACV members, guests and visitors.
Your Responsibilities:
* Leadership skills to achieve a positive working culture.
* Industry knowledge of wines and beverages.
* Conference and Events background is desired.
* A hands-on approach to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Proven ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
* Sound problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
