The Opportunity:
This permanent full-time position is based in our Launceston branch and will be required on-site 5 days a week.
The core hours for this position are 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekend roster.
You'll be the central point of contact for all parts-related enquiries such as quotes, orders, status updates, dispatch, and organising deliveries.
This important role will assist the broader Parts and Service departments to maintain a high level of customer service.

What we are looking for:
Parts interpreting/administration experience.
Knowledge of heavy machinery and/or mobile plant equipment is desirable.
Able to provide a high level of customer service.
Proven experience in customer-facing roles dealing with complex enquiries.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
