The Role As a Building Supervisor/Estimator, you will oversee and manage insurance repair claims across Greater Melbourne and semi-regional areas.
You will play a key role in ensuring each claim is handled with precision, efficiency and exceptional customer service.

Key Requirements Extensive experience in the building and construction industry, particularly within the insurance repair sector.Proven ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.Strong understanding of Australian Standards & Tolerances, National Construction Codes, permit processes, repair processes, scopes of work and variations, allowing you to navigate industry complexities with confidence.Excellent leadership, time management, communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring smooth project execution and effective stakeholder coordination.Why Join PBS?
