Operations Executive- Partner Experience
Your Opportunity
Our BrandSpace team create experiences that connect businesses with high-value customers in our Westfield destinations. The team partner with businesses to build custom campaigns that include promotions, pop ups, our SmartScreen and SuperScreen networks, digital and online platforms, and more.
As our Operations Executive- Partner Experience, reporting to the Partner Experience Manager, you will lead the delivery of retail activation in your allocated region, setting priorities and aligning goals across the key business units including BrandSpace Retail Sales & Customer Experience Teams. You will,
* Be the ‘voice of our partner’ and work across teams to ensure our Retail and Brand Partners have the best possible experience
* Lead the delivery of retail and brand activation, setting priorities and aligning goals across our portfolio
* Support our Retail and Brand Partners from arrival to departure as well as leading post activation enquiries
* Implement and manage our Retail and Brand Partner post activation survey and response measurement, identify best practice and opportunities
* Support display guidelines, presentation and Bump in and bump out processes.
* Support commercials, contracts/client agreements
* Oversee the delivery of high-quality activations across the common mall
* Collaborate cross functionally with sales team to design, implement and deliver tailored activations
What will set you apart from the rest?
You will bring previous experience in a customer facing role or retail or event operations. You will have,
* Experience managing multiple clients and activations whilst delivering results in an agile environment.
* Experience working with contracts/commercial detail
* Excellent communication skills and experience selling concepts to internal stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
* Ability to problem solve and influence outcomes
* Strong attention to detail
