Pre Construction Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pre Site Coordinator to join our high-performing team. With a portfolio of clients in various stages of the pre-construction phase, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating pre-construction activities, and collaborating with internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of clients through the pre-construction phase, ensuring timely completion of tasks such as tender presentation, contract preparation, and council permits.
* Collaborate with internal and external teams, including sales professionals, draftspersons, estimators, and management team, to ensure seamless progression of job files.
* Act as primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate information regarding pre-construction timelines, processes, and milestones.
* Address client queries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy, fostering positive client relationships.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in pre-construction coordination and customer support within the residential building industry.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
* Possess a keen attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and the capability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.
* Customer focussed, ability to work within a team, down to earth attitude, and team player.
