About the Role: The Administration Officer works within a collaborative team to provide essential administrative support to Victim Assist operations. Key responsibilities include processing financial assistance applications, maintaining accurate records, managing correspondence, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure the efficient delivery of Victim Assist services. Key Responsibilities: Implement Victim Assist policies and processes to deliver high-quality services to clients and stakeholders. Maintain accurate records and manage applications in accordance with departmental procedures. Liaise with clients and their representatives regarding applications for assistance. Manage confidential information and correspondence with strict adherence to unit policies. Utilize departmental systems and technologies to process applications and maintain database accuracy. Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders for effective service delivery. Contribute to team performance through collaboration, innovation, and proactive support.
