Gather client’s briefs and convert them into analytics requirements, then design, implement and test Google Analytics solutions for our clients across various industries:
Your scope will include:
● Strong, hands-on experience in GA4 implementation, from gathering business requirements, through solution design and technical implementation plus monitoring and debugging
● Strong hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager to effectively and accurately configure the tags to fulfil client requirements, including custom tracking (not just GA4 base tag or all page's pixels, also form submissions, clicks, and collection of custom dimensions, etc.)
● Hands on experience in designing data layer requirements and briefing them to developers’ teams for custom tracking solutions (form submissions, clicks, custom dimensions, etc.)
● Experience and familiarity with Media Pixel deployment as well as knowledge of how media tracking translates on reporting end for dashboarding and/or media reporting automation.
● Knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Excel (intermediate / advanced)
● Ability to manage ad-hoc as well as recurring reporting requests without direct guidance and accurately (address specific request on point and in detail with little supervision)
● Experience in automating reporting requests through spreadsheets solutions, ETL tools, visualization tools, etc.
● Ability to create interactive and insightful Looker Studio dashboards using analytics or / and media performance data.
● Be able to effectively manage analytics projects in relation to client timelines and stakeholder communication.
● Be able to provide technical assistance and advice to our clients about Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio

What type of person will be successful in this role
● Effectively manage your time and resources when executing client’s projects
● Ability to manage multiple projects without direct guidance and deliver results with little supervision
● Ability to take meeting notes and extract action items
● Experience in managing written communication with Clients
● Some experience in planning and conducting Client meetings (including follow-ups) or willingness to upskill with appropriate guidance
● Ability to keep track of projects progress through tools such as JIRA
● Create and maintain accurate documentation for analytics projects
Good to have:
● SQL knowledge
● Basic knowledge of GCP including big query and IAM.
● Intermediate level of JavaScript knowledge
