ABOUT THE ROLE: Supporting Business Consultants in achieving and exceeding sales targets Driving new business acquisition Regularly reporting on sales activity Developing and mentoring a team of sales professionals through infield coaching and development workshops Conducting regular sales meetings and commercial development workshops Ensuring that service delivery standards are exceeded Maintaining and developing dynamic business relationships with clients across our entire Professional Products portfolio ABOUT YOU: Leadership experience at a State Management or Regional Management level essential You must have the ability to communicate and negotiate at a high level, as well as the ability to present in front of large groups You will need to demonstrate strong resilience, negotiation skills and ability to engage and build sustainable commercial relationships with stakeholders within and outside the business Possess experience in the health, hair & beauty or FMCG industry preferable but not essential (business to business sales) Have a strong sales background and the ability to drive a team's performance You will also have experience in business development with a strong passion for driving new business and sales results ABOUT THE PERKS: Profit share, Life Insurance and Income Protection Hybrid work environment.
