In this role, you'll oversee kitchen operations, manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, and ensure students and staff enjoy tasty, nutritious meals.
Your expertise in menu planning and kitchen management will be key in making every day run smoothly.
What You'll Do: Lead and inspire a team of chefs, kitchen hands, and catering assistants Create exciting menus for daily meals, events, and special functions Cook and deliver fresh, delicious meals that fuel students and staff Manage stock, ordering, and food cost control Champion food safety and hygiene standards across the kitchen Oversee service during the dinner shift, working alongside another chef to ensure everything runs smoothly
