We are seeking an experienced and enthusiasticGeneral Manager, Project Management Office to enable our existing PMO to be elevated to ensure our high growth strategy and pipeline are orchestrated throughout the organisation. We are not only seeking someone who naturally aligns with our culture but is also connected to contributing to improved outcomes for our clients.The role will oversee our very significant pipeline of development projects and assist in achieving our future growth ambitions. The successful applicant can hit the ground running and get up to speed quickly. The role will lead & influence several project managers within the Project Management Office, while working very closely with other functions within the Commercial Team (Property Development, Commercial Transactions, National Assets), as well as the leadership team across the rest of the organisation. The role will also help to expand the PMO and embed its use within the business, liaising with internal stakeholders to coach them on processes, governance and templates, to bring more rigour and structure to the management of current and upcoming projects. Strong people as well as project management skills are essential.Skills and Experiences:About YouYou will be proactive and comfortable engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will thrive in a busy environment with multiple competing priorities to manage.
