We are seeking a highly organised and driven Operations Manager to join our growing team at Stone Real Estate Burleigh Heads/Palm Beach. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our real estate operations across our current Burleigh Heads presence and grow with us towards our future planned expansion across the southern and central Gold Coast region. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a role with significant strategic impact within an emerging and dynamic real estate group.
What you'll be doing
1. Overseeing and coordinating all administrative and operational functions of the business, including managing and harnessing client, supplier, agent and network relationships.
2. Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.
3. Providing high-level support to the Director & Partners, assisting with project management and special initiatives.
4. Managing commercial clientele within the interim growth cycle of the commercial property management division.
5. Supervising and mentoring administrative and support staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to excel.
6. Monitoring and reporting on key operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
What we're looking for
1. Experience in a similar operations management or administrative leadership role, not necessarily but preferably within the real estate or property industry.
2. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks effectively.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
4. Proficient in the use of office productivity software, including Microsoft Office suite.
5. Highly adaptable and resourceful, with a proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiencies.
6. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
