Job Description
The Business Manager Independent Grocery, Value Channel and New Business is responsible for creating customer plans, strategies and tactics for growth aligned to Kenvue OKRs and brand growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Management/leadership, coaching and support of the team.
* Fostering of account relationships, stakeholder development at customer level.
* Customer meetings.
* Category reviews (support).
* New Charters/Business Cases.
* Category/Strategy Information days.
* E2E project management to develop bespoke account specific solutions from ideation to execution.
* Representation of customer/channel internally.
* Integrated Business Planning (IBP) including close working relationships with category, brand and supply chain.
* E2E brand and customer/channel planning.
* Management of Internal reporting process.
* Promotional Planning.
Requirements
* Tertiary Degree.
* 6+ years of FMCG within a sales role.
Desired Qualifications
* Strong leadership, resilience, financial acumen, collaborative, insight driven, innovative problem solving, creativity and ability to operate with a high level of autonomy.
* Proficiency in IRI/NIQ, Tableau and forecasting systems.
* Previous experience dealing with Independent Grocery and/or value channel retailers highly regarded.
