Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring design intent is met while exceeding client expectations. Consultant Coordination: Act as the primary liaison, coordinating relationships with consultants to ensure effective integration of all project components. Stakeholder Communication: Oversee project communications with all stakeholders, maintaining transparency and engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Required Attributes/Skills: Experience: A minimum of 5 years of post-graduate interior design experience, demonstrating a strong portfolio of completed projects. Design Expertise: Exceptional conceptual design and planning abilities, with a strong focus on innovative solutions. Documentation Skills: Strong documentation and delivery experience, ensuring all project phases are clearly articulated and executed. 3D Design Proficiency: Capability in 3D conceptual design, utilising advanced visualisation techniques to communicate design intent. Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Revit, with a strong understanding of industry-standard software and tools. Project Management: Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Communication: Excellence in stakeholder communication, fostering positive relationships with clients and team members. Independence: Ability to work autonomously and take the initiative in project management and design processes.
