Chandler Macleod Hilton is looking for a dynamic and organised Mobilisation Coordinator for a casual, 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
You will coordinate and manage the mobilisation of personnel and resources to various client sites, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.Key Responsibilities: Onboarding: Compliance: Guide new hires through company policies, rules, and regulations.
Clarification: Clearly define job roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations to ensure new hires are well-prepared and comfortable.
Mobility Assessments: Functional Movement Tests: Evaluate how well individuals perform specific movements relevant to their job, ensuring they can move freely and efficiently.
Drug & Alcohol Testing: Pre-employment Testing: Conduct tests to ensure new hires do not have substance abuse issues, maintaining a safe and productive workplace.
Administrative Duties: Office Management: Order supplies, manage office equipment, and ensure a tidy work environment.
Managing Communications: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence to keep operations running smoothly.
Screening: Application Screening: Review resumes and cover letters to shortlist candidates.
Interview Screening: Conduct phone or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
