Formula for SuccessAs a Technical Sales Specialist for Turf, you will support our distribution partners to provide technical expertise for BASF’s turf, ornamental, and professional vegetation management (Pro VM) portfolio. You will be responsible for delivering technical information, training, and demonstrations for end users, ensuring we meet or exceed our sales goals while maintaining the technical integrity of our products.Key Responsibilities:Implement sales and customer interaction strategies across Australia.Engage directly with end users and distributors to build strong professional partnerships.Collect end-user information and provide industry insights to inform marketing campaigns.Support distribution interactions through newsletters, webinars, and training sessions.Conduct product trials and demonstrations to showcase BASF products with a focus on stewardship.Participate in industry events and collaborate with the Technical Development Specialist to drive sales initiatives.Ingredients for Success:To be successful in this role, you’ll possess the perfect combination of great communication, strong stakeholder management skills, and an ability to translate technical information. You will have:The ability to be autonomous and self-motivated.Technical knowledge related to turf management, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with golf course superintendents and distribution.
