Ongoing full-time position, hybrid model (4 days in the office and one working from home).Competitive remuneration package with salary packaging benefits available.Work within a values driven organisation.About the OpportunityThis position provides a great opportunity for the successful candidate who is established or an emerging leader in the youth services, Out of Home Care (OoHC) and Targeted Care Package (TCP) areas. The role involves practice innovation, leading teams and developing case management and accommodation responses for young people aged 16-18, who are transitioning from the care system to CIAO lead tenant supported accommodation. The other arm of the program is TCP's which are tailored supports developed around individual young people aged 12-18.
