You will lead the organisation in understanding customer needs, behaviour, and digital journeys and how these inform and influence their physical and overall experience with Parks Victoria and nature. You will lead, plan, and coordinate the design and delivery of digital strategy across the organisation, with the primary focus on customer-facing online services. You will also work to help modernise our way of working and grow the organisation's digital maturity and understanding of customer needs and behaviour. As the Head of Digital Experience, you will manage a professional team of UX, content, and graphic design specialists and work very closely with the Marketing & Customer Experience and communications. We're looking for someone with: A highly strategic and collaborative leader, used to operating in large, complex organisations Experience in successfully developing and implementing digital strategies that support organisational objectives, improve customer satisfaction and increase traffic and revenues.
