We are also committed to the continuous development and training of our personnel to maintain a safe and rewarding work environment.KAEFER Integrated Services are currently looking for a Project Engineer for a BHP Area C project in Mid West, Western Australia.Key Responsibilities Provide engineering expertise to the project team, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications.Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to engineering challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control plans to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.Monitor project progress and conduct inspections to verify compliance with quality standards.Document and report any quality issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders, including progress, risks, and issues.Facilitate regular meetings with project teams and stakeholders to discuss project status and address any concerns.Maintain open and effective communication channels with all project participants.Develop project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources.Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and understanding of project requirements.Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.About You Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalentCertificate IV in Workplace, Health and Safety or equivalentBachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role in the construction or industrial sector.Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and construction processes.Proficient in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).We are offering Continuous Training and Career DevelopmentCompetitive hourly rateAccess to employee benefitsIf you possess the above experience or are looking for a way to kick start your career in the industry, please click "APPLY" below.
