This involves preparing financial reports, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and providing strategic insights to support business decision-making. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure accurate financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring. You will lead and coach a small team while working closely with other business functions.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and present the monthly management reporting pack for senior leadersConduct financial modeling and analysis to inform business decisions and strategic initiativesSupport functional teams in delivering strategic objectivesManage the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process, involving cross-functional partnershipsLead in-depth analysis and understanding of business drivers, including customer analysis and cost reviews
