Top-tier Australian landlord with excellent benefits Property Network of Australia is currently seeking a Senior Property Manager based in Sydney, leading a small team (3) to oversee an A-Grade office/business park in Sydney's south.
We are recruiting on behalf of a global leader in the property and logistics sector, specialising in the management and development of industrial, data centre and business park assets.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in commercial or industrial property management, preferably working on the landlord side, with strong skills in financial oversight, lease administration, and tenant relationship management and customer satisfaction.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: • Report to the Portfolio Manager, overseeing the operational and financial performance of an A-Grade office/business park asset in Sydney with 130+ tenants.
• Oversee leasing activities, including inspections, HOA preparation, and lease negotiations.
• Prepare and manage operational and capital expenditure budgets, as well as monthly financial reconciliations.
• Ensure site presentation meets the highest standards through inspections and managing minor works or makegood settlements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, providing exceptional customer service and engagement.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate closely with onsite building management teams.
• Assist with market research, asset strategy updates, and preparation of annual asset plans.
• Handle administrative tasks, including lease documentation, legal notices, and updates in Yardi systems.
The ideal candidate will have: • A Bachelor's degree in a property-related discipline.
• Substantial property management experience, with a preference for industrial asset expertise.
• Proficiency in property management platforms such as Yardi or similar systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, self-starter approach with a commitment to professional development and sustainability principles.
