As a Team Leader at Geelong Allied Health Studio Collective, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting a multidisciplinary team of Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Mental Health Social Workers while delivering exceptional therapeutic services.This part-time role is perfect for a Psychologist who enjoys leadership, collaborating with other health professionals, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment. You will have the opportunity to be part of the Senior team with the team leaders across both our Geelong and Brunswick clinics.Our Senior team meets regularly to support one another and strategically plan areas of growth for the clinic.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team of Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Mental Health Social Workers & TA's to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.Provide clinical supervision and guidance to early career psychologists and support staff.Collaborate with other allied health professionals within the collective to create integrated care plans for clients.Manage your own client caseload, ensuring best-practice standards and ethical practices are maintained.Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes professional development and growth.Oversee the implementation of clinical procedures and ensure compliance with industry regulations.Co-facilitate team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practices.Key Requirements:Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a psychologist.A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in clinical practice, with demonstrated leadership and supervision experience.Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment is highly regarded.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and work autonomously.A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.Passion for supporting and empowering others in a leadership capacity.Be comfortable in management of risk/debriefing of staff.Experience running groups preferred.Confidence to liaise with schools/work with external professionals.What We Offer:A supportive and inclusive work environment with a focus on professional growth and development.Flexible working hours (part-time position) to support a healthy work-life balance.Opportunity to work alongside a diverse and experienced team of allied health professionals, with access to supervision.Competitive salary based on experience.A supportive environment focused on learning from each other and a dynamic, team-driven approach to clinical care.#J-18808-Ljbffr
