Goulburn, NSW Our client based in regional NSW is looking for a full time skilled meat workers for their meat processing plant.Skilled Boners/Slicers The positions would involve the following duties: • Table boning.• Cutting meat to separate meat, fat, and tissue from around bones.• Washing, scraping, and trimming foreign material and blood from meat.• Cutting meat into standard meat cuts, and removing internal fat, blood clots, bruises, and other matter to prepare them for packing and marketing.Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications • Excellent knife skills and maintenance of personal equipment • Attention to detail • Excellent reliability, attendance and timekeeping at work • Good communication and positive teamwork • Sound problem solving capabilities, including reporting malfunctioning of equipment, or workplace health and safety issues • Ability to manage priorities to meet production schedules • Ability to work within a cold storage environment and with raw meat products • Sound understanding of Australian meat industry • AQF Certificate Ill in Meat Processing (in Boning Room) • Fully vaccinated for Q Fever (or be willing to undergo the Q Fever vaccination process) • Must complete a Pre-employment medical functional drug and alcohol test • Minimum of 2 years of experience Remuneration This is subject to your skills, qualifications, and experience but it would be within a salary range of between $60,000- $70,000 per annum+ superannuation If you feel you have the necessary requirements for these positions, please contact us on the link below.NB.Only successful applicant will be contacted.
