As the B2B Sales and Business Development Specialist for our Melbourne team, you will be responsible for developing financially sustainable commercial B2B sales opportunities for our Social Enterprise locations.Additionally, you will identify appropriate supported hosted growth opportunities in commercial partners' businesses and actively support the recruitment of the employees we support within these locations to ensure the successful service delivery.Ideally you will be based at Kew with flexibility to work from one of our other Melbourne sites.Key responsibilities will include Identifying new opportunities for our organisation and the employees we support and developing them into profitable and sustainable client relationships.Drive effective client growth, acquisition, and retention strategies through ongoing account relationship management.Participate in forums related to the industry, conferences, and client discussions.Foster professional relationships within a diverse customer base.Drive commercial growth through identifying regional and inter regional commercial business opportunities.Support the transformation of Business Solutions to grow Supported Hosted Employment at pace to enable long term financial sustainability.What you can bring to the team Tertiary Qualifications in Business or related discipline will be highly desirable.Previous experience in B2B sales (Food/Pharma industry preferred), Employment Services or Disability Employment.Previous experience working in a commercial environment to establish new and existing customers with realised profitability.A strong ability to influence, develop, advise and implement regional strategy in a challenging environment with skill and credibility.Ability to develop a comprehensive knowledge about the business and its development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients, and industry trends.Demonstrated history in achieving revenue targets set by the organisation within Sales & Business Development.
