Our client is a worldwide well-known and highly respected brand in the electronics industry. This position reports to the Senior Management Accountant based at the Sydney Olympic Park Office. This role requires an individual to work 4 days in the office and 1-day WFH.
About the role:
This role will be working with various stakeholders across the business across different divisions reviewing all marketing related queries/activities. It is important for the successful candidate to detail orientated with some level of commercial acumen in order to evaluate and validate all queries and request coming through and working with business to address any gaps and inconsistencies.
Duties and Responsibilities: Validate and approve high volume of Marketing vendor invoices and Customer claims in accordance with the Company's compliance guidelinesAssist with month end proceduresPerform various reconciliations and reports used for decision makingAssist Management Accountant to develop and improve Marketing processes including policy compliance and open items managementPerform financial analysis on an adhoc basis and report to Business Support Manager Liaise with and manage offshore business process support teamsAbout YOU: University Degree in Accounting/ Finance (or any related discipline)CPA or CA qualified (or studying towards) desirableKnowledge or experience using SAP will be advantageousWhat's in it for you?
