PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1. Manage assigned sales projects and customer RFQ requests for MRO projects
2. Manage assigned customer accounts and relationships as they relate to ECM / BTA
3. Manage and support key vendor / supplier relationships as / if required
4. Project manage the bid process for customer RFQs drawing in require personnel to support and working alongside the maintenance, logistics and finance teams to prepare SoW, schedule, customer expectations, cost sheets and RFQ / Tender response documentation through to project award / negotiations
5. Project Manage oversight on MRO projects to include:
6. Coordinating induction and handover to maintenance team
7. Customer liaison to include project reporting and scheduled meetings
8. Timeline schedule, cost and scope oversight support to the maintenance team
9. Work scope change discussions with project lead and customer
10. Oversight of progress billing and final invoicing
11. Manage any post project warranty or maintenance error discussions
12. Solicit new business with new and existing customers for ECM / BTA market offerings
13. Solicit post-delivery feedback both externally and internally on projects, product quality, project execution and provide to management, QM and team as required
14. Monitor and analyse key customers alongside BD team
15. Participate in sales, marketing and event projects and conferences
16. Visit assigned customers as agreed and scheduled for new and existing business meetings or regular scheduled visitations

35. Understanding of Aviation regulatory requirements and standards for aircraft maintenance
36. Computer Literate in ERP Systems, Salesforce and Microsoft suite
37. Strong written and communication skills
38. Previous experience in an organisation within a similar scope and size to BTA is preferred.
39. Business degree in Sales and Marketing/Business Administration or relevant discipline.
