We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Mentor in Epping, VIC, to support existing small business owners and job seekers navigate the world of self-employment. As a result of exceptional growth, we are recruiting across multiple locations for our Self-Employment Assistance Program.

About the Role
The role of the Business Mentor is to deliver a range of programs under our Self-Employment Assistance Program. This position will be required to work with participants who are exploring self-employment as well as existing small business owners and operators who are looking for additional support and advice to keep their business ventures viable. Owning a dedicated region, the position will also contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the national program delivery. The position is also expected to ensure that all administrative aspects are completed in the required timeframes and to a high professional standard, ensuring that program delivery is in accordance with all contractual and compliance requirements.

Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service and administration with sound computer literacy skills would be an advantage.
