In this role, you will specialize in rebuilding our high-horsepower engines. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Remanufacture the highest quality, High Horsepower Diesel Engines for our Mining customers - Work as part of a highly skilled team to deliver 'As New' reconditioned engines using high-tech equipment - Be supported by a state-of-the-art 'Electronic Process Documentation System.' - Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues/incidents to the Production Manager - Complete required documentation, such as Safety Check Sheets, Process Quality Checks, Daily Time Sheets - Build on your career with our Cummins World Class engine training at our dedicated training facility - Be part of a team that values and promotes continuous improvement RESPONSIBILITIES To be successful in this role, you will need the following: - Open to all qualified trade mechanics - Demonstrated experience in engine assembly - heavy equipment is highly desirable - Ability to consistently generate high-quality work - The ability to follow documented procedures and enjoy working in a structured team-orientated environment QUALIFICATIONS Mechanical trade qualification required.
