The Opportunity
This Casual (2 days a week) position is responsible for daily store visits and working with the sales team to achieve merchandising of store orders, backstocks and visual displays to a high standard in selected Independent Supermarkets in the Mildura & Surrounds area.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Daily communication with Territory Managers, Merchandising Planner and office team via phone and email
* Carrying out selected tasks over and above in stores such as visual displays, new line cut-ins or section relays
* Working stock in stores from back rooms, overheads and displays to shelf
* Organising merchandising priorities in stores and adapting to changes such as public holidays, seasonal times and staff on leave
* Making sure stores are called on regularly and procedures of stock filling, rotation and product presentation are carried out
* Mentoring, supporting, training and coaching from the Territory Managers to achieve high standards of execution in stores
* Building robust relationships with all our customers
