About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join our Corporate Information Technology team responsible for providing support nationally. This is a 6-month fixed term contract based in our Brisbane head office.
Key responsibilities
Working with our Service Desk software, you will be providing quality customer service and troubleshooting IT assets such as mobile phones, computers and tablets via email, telephone and face to face.

2. Microsoft Exchange
3. Cisco Call Manage UCM
4. ServiceNow
5. Microsoft Intune
