Your part in our Blue Care team
Employment Term: Permanent full time
Location: Hervey Bay Residential Aged Care Facility
Remuneration: Up to $145,000 Annual (depending on experience) + 11.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging of up to $15,900 (increases your take home pay)
In the role of our Residential Services Manager, you will work with your front line team to provide outstanding care to our residents, promoting a culture of values-based, person-centered care. Through your knowledge, you will promote a high standard of quality and compliance, ensuring your facility meets all regulatory requirements through best practice clinical care and audit activities. You will ensure strong financial sustainability by driving community engagement to support occupancy whilst overseeing property maintenance, hospitality and lifestyle programs.
Working closely with your senior clinicians, you will lead a team of nurses, personal carers and support staff, ensuring their ongoing performance by providing coaching and direction to enable their success.
What makes a difference for us?
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in high level service delivery and quality
Demonstrate financial capability to effectively manage and be accountable for an operational budget
Knowledge of continuous quality improvement practices and proven experience in innovative thinking and/or ability to deliver innovative outcomes
Experience coordinating care provision within a large team
Confidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities
Ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship to other team members
Desirable
Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualification
Current AHPRA registration
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Aged Care Funding
