Senior opportunity within our successful Consumer business
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated National Operations Manager to join our team. This critical role will be responsible for managing operations across key accounts within the Consumer sector and overseeing new business implementations, including the development of our new purpose-built facility at Horsley Park. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial acumen and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that excite and delight our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Lead and manage the growth of operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
* Provide expert knowledge and experience in specialised operational requirements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Provide direction and leadership for the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Utilise in-depth commercial acumen to identify opportunities for profitable growth and implement strategies that enhance operational performance.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, delivering innovative solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
* Oversee new business implementations, ensuring successful integration and operation of services.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the logistics or supply chain sector.
