Key Responsibilities: Email Marketing & CRM (Subscribed Audience) – Design, execute, and optimise email campaigns that engage leads and nurture existing clients.
Utilise marketing automation tools to enhance conversion and retention.High-Volume Cold Email Outreach (TAM Expansion) – Implement targeted cold email outreach strategies to expand market reach and generate new business, ensuring precise segmentation and targeting with the support of the Salesforce Administrator.Creative Content & Copywriting – Develop engaging marketing materials, from high-impact email sequences to blogs and social content, ensuring messaging is captivating, conversion-focused, and aligned with the brand's unique voice.Sales-Driven Strategic Marketing Execution – Develop and implement marketing strategies that support sales objectives, lead generation, and conversion.Brand Management & Positioning – Maintain consistency in messaging and positioning across all channels while balancing creativity with strategic brand alignment.Paid Advertising Strategy – Provide strategic direction for paid advertising campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn and Google, collaborating with the Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure effective execution and measurable results.Proofing & Editing – Ensure all marketing materials are professional, polished, and aligned with messaging strategy.Hands-on Design & Content Creation – Create visually compelling assets using Canva.
