Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious Graduate to join our high performing and friendly Occupational Hygiene and Hazardous Materials (OHHM) team as a HAZMAT Consultant.
This is a full-time position where you will be working with a great local team as well as collaborating with a wider team in other locations throughout Australia.

About the Role
The successful candidate will work alongside industry leaders in Occupational Hygiene and Hazardous Materials.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Providing technical advice on Hazardous Materials and Occupational Hygiene issues.
2. Conducting Asbestos/HAZMAT Surveys and removal.
3. Preparation of Technical Reports.
4. Regional travel will be required.
Skills and Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you ideally will have:
1. Qualification in Occupational Hygiene, Environmental Science or a related field.
2. Hazmat industry experience or exposure through study.
3. Valid driver's licence.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Australian Citizenship or rights to work in Australia.
6. You will have a keen interest in OHHM and be driven to continue ongoing learning and development where SLR will support training to support your progression.
